From supporting service businesses to doing the work ourselves
Noah Shaw and Matthew Garside started NXS Agency Pty Ltd in 2024 as a marketing and sales company for service businesses. In February 2026, they began delivering the cleaning work in-house through NXS Home Maintenance, with the first jobs in early March 2026.
Since March 2026, we have completed 450+ jobs across Perth. Our team includes 4 full-time cleaning technicians plus the two founders, providing window, gutter, solar panel and soft-wash roof cleaning.

Public liability & workers compensation insurance
Fully insured: $20 million public & products liability (Hollard) plus workers compensation. Certificates of currency available on request.
Workers compensation is held under a separate policy. The public & products liability cover is with The Hollard Insurance Company, via Hollard Commercial Insurance, runs to 15 September 2027 and includes window cleaning up to 15 metres above ground.
